What you need:
1kg Plain Flour
1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
650ml tepid Water
What you do:
Place all dry ingredients in your mixer with a dough hook attachment.
Carefully pour the water into the dry ingredients.
Mix on slow speed until combined. Increase speed and mix until dough pulls away from the side of the bowl.
Cover bowl with cling film/beeswax wrap & tea towel.
Place in warm spot to rise for 1 hour.
When the dough has doubled in size, it is ready.
Take a few handfuls of the dough and press out not backing tray.
Pre-bake in hot oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Add your pizza toppings and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Pesto, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes & Spinach.
Olives, tomato relish, caramelized onion, Pepperoni/Parma ham
Anchovies, sundried tomato, mushroom, spinach.
Sprinkle with parmesan & a crackle of black pepper and Maldon Salt.
