PANCAKES with Sour Dough Starter

What you need:
2 cups Sour Dough Starter
2 cups Milk
2 cups Flour
2tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Bicarb of Soda
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Eggs
What you do:
Pour 2 cups Sour Dough Discard into a large bowl.
Add Flour, Milk, Salt, Baking Powder & Bicarb – give it a quick mix with a spoon. Add honey & eggs and mix just enough to incorporate. Don’t overmix.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, heat a skillet/pan with bit of butter. I use a large serving spoon/ladle to scoop batter onto hot skillet. Once you see bubbles through the batter, flip it over to cook on other side.
You will soon have a whole stack of golden-brown delicious pancakes.
They are great with a drizzle of Maple syrup, fruit, cream etc.
