Butterscotch Sauce!

What you need:
· Half cup demerara sugar
· Half cup castor sugar
· half cup butter
· Half cup golden syrup
· Teaspoon vanilla extract
· Half cup cream
What you do:
Place all the sugards, butter and golden suryp into a saucepan.

Bring to the boil.
Stir continually.
Lower heat and leave to softly boil for exactly 5 min.
Remove from heat and add the cream. Stir until smooth then add the vanilla extract.
Great with Apple Pie, Puddings, Pancakes, French toast!
